What data we process and why

Registrations and applications – name, contact details, date of birth, school, country, project information and, for participants under 18, the consent of a parent or guardian. Purpose: organising the event. Legal basis: performance of a contract / consent.
Communication – e-mail correspondence. Purpose: answering your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Photos and video from the event. Purpose: documenting and promoting CYENCE. Legal basis: consent / legitimate interest.

Who processes the data

Registration data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Forms / Sheets) operated by Google Ireland Ltd. (to be confirmed)
